The Waratahs have won both their games (Reds & Brumbies) in the run up to the first round.

The Force have just finished their first pre-season game against the Crusaders. Saders won 12 -7 after the Force dominated the first half and then made eight changes to blood some new talent (obviously not talented enough to keep out the Crusaders it seems :D )
Sounds like it was a very tight hard forward based tussle.

Now that this reconditioning nonsense is over and normal transmission has been resumed, it looks like the Crusaders are yet again, going to be everybodys nightmare. :motz:

Bulls 28 - Lions 14.

Minor injury to Habana, but not expected to affect his super 14 season.

bulls cant afford to lose anyone else - especially a back!

To right, but the murmers out of the Bulls are good for Habana and maybe Spies will pass his test later this week and return.

Tahs came from behind to overpower the Crusaders 24 - 14
I wouldnt take too much out of that score though as the Crusaders had the upper hand for the whole first half & both teams made 8 substitutions in the second half.

Force blew the Reds away with a 39 - 15 win on a soggy Pitch
score at half time was 15 - 10 to the Force and then they turned the thumb screws and it was all one way traffic after that apart from a brief period where the Reds scored one try but couldnt convert.
Force looking to prove the bookies wrong (they were picked to drop one place to 8th this year :smiley3: )

I think the Brumbies and Hurricanes are playing eachother in a pre-season game tonight?

The sky is going to fall on our heads.

Highlanders beat the Blues 42-21 in the pre-season match tonight. :stoned: Difficult to know what to take from these pre-season games, but a very surprising result. The Highlanders are expected to get the wooden spoon this year.

Hurricanes beat the Brumbies by exactly the same margin 42 - 21 tonight.
