Welcome to the site Cillz. Its always a pleasure to have another fellow zimbo join us. if you need any help just shout!
Zim is close to all our hearts and we all wait for the day for it to change. Its not going to happen too soon but one can only wish.
Its not worth going back at the moment because infaltion is running so high prices change almost daily. Needs to get a bit more stable before you can even consider going back.

Cillz i know exactly how you feel, i feel the same but we just have to make a new life for ourselves. Perth is probably the best place to do it, take my word for it....
Hey if we get enough Perth folk chatting on here maybe we can have our very own ZIMFEST! sometime.. I know a butcher that makes the best tong in Australia, we can get some vors, sosaties and a big pot of sadza, plenty of Castle and smirnoff N coke and make it a regular thing, believe me there more than a couple of zimbos in Perth...
In fact i work at iiNet and we have no less than three zimbos our age working there, and several SA folk that can be excused for being from there too.
if we cant go home then bring home to us i say!! :smiley20::smiley20:

Hi Cillz and welcome,
You will make many friends here so enjoy the humour..
It's always tough starting off in a strange new place but eventually it all works out. When I first came to NZ I new noone but now I'm actually enjoying it here. Just give it time and you'll be all right..

Hey there,
How long you been in aus for? Ive been in the uk 8 years now and i hate it i go back home every year and every time i do go back home i swear that i am going to pack up and move back mainly cause of family and shit like that, but try and set urself a goal to look forward to before you go back and see if that helps. Like im gonna buy a house in the uk within the next couple of months so at least then if i do decide to move back home i know that i can rent my house to cover the morgage and if things dont pan out back home then i could always come back, what im trying to say is that if you have something to keep you going then atleast you can take your
mind off of home for the time and it just relieves all stress and worry, chin up it can only get better.
