Is this real???

Yesterday I read a post that Kirsty had won a gold medal, my father-in-law says that she won 2, but this site (http://results.beijing2008.cn/WRM/ENG/INF/GL/95A/GL0000000.shtml) is still showing that only 3 silver medals have gone to Zimbabwe.

Are these people way behind on updating the site or is it just a rumour about Kirsty wining gold?

LP I watched Kirsty win a race yesterday with my own two eyes have since tryed to find the evidence to put on here and it is no where to be found, I am starting to doubt myself as to if it was a final or a heat that she won?????? If I mad a mistake ......big sorry!!

I have no idea, but i tell you suwa suwa I watched her win a race yesterday but like I said I now am not 100% sure it was not possibly a heat rather than a final but they interviewed her afterward and all and all????????????? I is confused dot com, (It does not take much)

According to the BBC website she's won 3 silvers. She won one of her semis in an Olympic Record, so that may have been the race you saw.

The time difference between here and China is so frustrating. Swimming was on telly (live) at 3am and my eyes did close.... The afternoon coverage of the games usually concentrates on the UK participants, so I can't keep up with Kirsty's races.

On all the sites I have checked it just states 3 silvers.

yea she has won a few heats and only 3 silvers as far as i'm aware... she broke the world record in a heat... people could be confused

200m backstroke final tomorrow i think so that will be her chance , she was 2 seconds faster than any other qualifier in the heats and was fastest by 1/2 a second in the semi's today.

It wouldn't be so bad, except the states won the TV rights for the swimming, and they persuaded the powers that be to have the finals in the moning and the heats in the arfternoon so its backward. Hence the reason the swimming finals are at 3am
