For those of you not in NZ or aussie, ANZAC (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anzac) is kinda our equivalent to V Day. This was me/us (the fire Brigade) doing our thing today (25th Aplil)Marching.JPG (http://www.thechiefbaboon.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=9715&stc=1&d=1240656774)TCB1.JPG (http://www.thechiefbaboon.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=9716&stc=1&d=1240656774)

Middle of the fire engine one, and I took the photo of the marching from the fire engine. (So not in that one then)

Who would have thought that two years off rugby would leave you a little unfit to run on in the last 20 minutes?

Very good, Joe. It's something to be proud of.
We had a very unfortunate episode here on Anzac day - one of our old warvets dropped dead at the beginning of the march......it must have been too much for his frail old heart. It was so difficult for his family.

Well, we only wear those uniforms for ANZAC day or funerals, so some lose them, some never had them........
