Microsoft Visio 2007

I have just been given Visio 2007 to upgrade some drawings, but havent the foggiest how it works.
I have been able bumble through it to modify some of the drawings drawings but there are some functions like entering scales to a plan that are eluding me - does anyone know where I might get some tutorials etc. Preferalbly for the IT challenged

Microsoft website? I haven't checked, but they have some good tutorials (believe it or not) for other packages.
