Hi Guys,

Some of you may know Tanya Lamprecht (now Crous) from Eaglesvale, she use to be very shy but has now found an amazing way to feel more confident about herself. She chose fitness and entered her first bikini competition earlier this year which she won. She is a mother of two boys and Dylan her baby is only 2 years old.:smiley32:

Anyway she has been selected for the Top 32 to feature as USN/Fitness Magazine Cover. She needs votes as this makes up 30% of the overall score. Please can you go to www.fitnessmag.co.za (http://www.fitnessmag.co.za/) you have to register, then on the right side of the page you will see a section to vote, you can only vote for one contestant. I registered, then found the contestants and as Ryan said there on the right was a link. I clicked found her name and voted.
