There has been an 85% increase in the use of female condoms in the country compared to five years ago, an official at Population Services international said on Monday.

Well they need it to be 100% how can anyone even think of having a baby when there is no food and no money in the country and everything is so damn expensive, how could you even raise a lighty there, do they have the money to go to hospital to have the baby delivered then there is nappies, milk of which there is fuck all, then nursery school fees, clothing and main school fees, never ever.
