Tell him to send his CV to http://www.minetech.co.uk/jobs.html
The flail machines are PTO run.
I know one or 2 mates who are working on farms in the UK but problem in winter ther is no farming work.... most Zim farmers who have moved over to the UK are now stacking shelves, earning just over the minimum wage as generally at their age it is very difficult to get a decent job.... very very sad.... I know 2 farmers who had massive tobacco farms near my folks place towards Ruzawi River who had farms taken and one is now a fork lift driver and the other works in a b & q shop giving out advice to the customers.... pay is not great and they work most weekends... real sad... but they are heading towards their 50's and they older you are the harder it is to find work...
