Can't help you hun, except to offer this:
There are loads of internet sites where you can put your CV on specific sites that deal with your experience and employees look through them, as do agencies. Both Mr. Chick and his son found work this way.
Sorry can't offer any other suggestions.

There is also a employment agency in Newbury run by Zimbo's Dovetail Employment agency in Newbury. Im sure you could find their details online. They always very keen to help Zimbos if they can. Worth a shot.

What about Me?????
My wife's nephew came to Aus from Zim on a temporary working visa. I am not sure how it all worked, but providing he worked in rural and growth areas anyone could employ him without restriction. I got him a job as a labourer with the Civil Contractor doing the concrete work on the Site where I am working. It was hard yakka as the temps up here get pretty high, but the conditions were good and he managed fine. He was here for about 6 months and earned a heap in a short time and went back to Zim to continue with the hunter guide training he was doing.
I wil try and find out how it all works and get back to you if you are interested.
Cheers

I will explore any options - permanent paid leave is what I am hoping for but will consider 2nd best
