We've been looking at a property in Milibizi which, truth be told, sounds too good to be true.

Anyone ever lived there, or know someone that does?

Obviously, given the distance from Harare to there, I can't just pop down the road and have a look. Have only seen pictures on the internet. It would be nice to be able to speak to someone about the property. The estate agent is bound to erm...stretch the truth somewhat. :smiley36:

Dont they say if it sounds/Looks too good to be true if often will be too good to be true so just tread with care I guess.. Good luck I will have fingers and toes crossed that it is fantastic and you get what you want. :smiley20:

If you're thinking of investing then it would be worth it to go down and see the property for yourself before you sign on the dotted line.

Yup, I'm with Nyala. I'm a tiny bit paranoid, but I'd definitely want to see the property, and lots of paperwork before signing anything. In Perth recently we've had quite a few cases of people selling property that either doesn't exist, or doesn't belong to them...
