Caught the old man "nibbling" on the chow we left out for the fat old bastard...due to my younger siblings, i was sworn to secrecy otherwise "Santa" would cross my name off the gift list...talk about pressure on a 7yr old! smileys/smiley36.gif

I found out when I was goin on 6.
When I was 7 my mum told me she had bought me a red dress for Xmas and i was gutted - I wanted to be a boy! When it was time to open prezzies she said she hadn't wrapped mine, coz it would get creased I wouldn't be able to wear it that day, and it was hanging on the window behind the curtain. I looked and looked and said "Mum I can't find the dress, there's only a bicycle here!" What a dumbass!

The worst was that I was sworn to secrecy and when I was 11 I thought other kids still believed so i pretended I did!

Even after my poor mother told me about half a dozen times that Santa did not exist between the ages of about 7 and 11, I refused to believe her. I finally gave up the ghost when I was about twelve, we went to see him at Meikles and his eyebrow fell off. I was devastated!!! I hung on to the tooth fairy and goblins and fairies living at the bottom of the garden for a little longer, but only till I was about 14 I think. It took me a while! :smiley13:
