Hey when a person worked underground on the mines Every one spoke Chilapalapa. It was the common Lingo every one spoke. It was when I worked underground those days no one worried like they do now a days.

I am told today in Zim it is a insult to many if you spoke in that lingo. ????

Wrex tarrs son works for emirates as a pilot, met him once, nice guy, very quiet not at all like wrex!! May he RIP

Wrex used to work for, or owned, a swimming pool company. He came to our house, to flog us a pool. He was very gently spoken under those circumstances.

When I grew up, we all spoke Chilapalapa. That is how we communicated with the domestic servants. Many of them came from Malawi.

In UK, my brother & I used it, if we didn't want others to know what we were saying. We were caught out by a Beefeater, who had spent time in South Africa during WWII.
