hey all,


as everybody is doing one i will to!!! I was born in harare, moved to SA and then to Zambia. went to musikili school in mazabuka, and then moved back to zim and wentto lomagundi college. I went to the uk and lived in guildford went to Uni to do my nursing and now i live in sunny sandy dubai, where i work as a trolly dolly!!


i love to have fun and enjoy a little banter!! I do miss my friends and zim, but dubai has so many zimbos its almost like being back home!!


My best friend is roger (johnny bravo) and Bernadette nel but closely follows Ryan Bruss and of course the one and only Shayne Hammond!!


I hope to see all the lasses in the girls forum!!!

thanks mate, but im getting older hey!! Im just used to odd hours, i just sleep now when i am tired!!

That sounds about right...i suffer from insomnia...i get by on about 2.5-3hrs sleep a nite...have started taking a sleeping pill when i need a good night (before long driving trips, work presentations etc) just to be sure i bring my A game to the party, but otherwise i get by...

I cant even take Panadol Nights, we are not allowed to take any sleeping tablets in this job!! and then they wonder why we have fatigue!!! Tiger you will make yourself sick mate, try to get back into a sleeping patern, go to bed early, use lavender, warm milk with a tea spoon of honey etc!!!

damn 3 hours is bad dude. I need minimum 6.5 but normally I get 7-8 hours sleep.

i get TOLD if i dont go to bed by 9:30 ... get the silent treatment, so its not really worth the effort for me to stay up.

hey all, just to let you all know that i have been sick in the last few weeks, my right upper lung collapsed (bronchitis) and they have found a shadow on my left lung, they are still not sure what it is so have been going to specialists and having Xrays and CT scans. I should know what it is in the next few days, im sure its nothing but you know how some Drs make you think the worse!! I am feeling alot better now and will keep you informed!! hope you are all well and having fun wherever you are!!

Well i am no longer in Dubai, i am in poole in dorset, with my man FS. I am happy and reading back i now have someone to cuddle at night now!!! hehehehe
