Can someone help............

........me to insert pictures from my documents and my e-mails onto this site? I have received some really funny pics etc that I'd like to share here but have no idea how to go about moving them across. I've tried 'copy & paste' but that doesn't work. Also - how do I reduce the size of a picture from my photos, etc to be able to use them as Avatars? Any guidence on how to do these would be much appreciated.

Someones been on a rampage, they got me as well.

As for inserting pics you can go to starting a thread under any topic, write in a subject header and text in the body of the message and at the bottom you will have an icon that says "manage attachments". You can insert pics from there.
You will have to reduce your picture size in order for you to do this. In Microsoft Picture manager you will have a tab that says "Picture" and a tab underneath that that reads "Resize".
