Sorry all. The web hosting company had to do urgent maintenace on one the servers hence my entyire site was down for about 45mins.

Its this damn access database i think but i cant be sure. Somehow hosting it in America has screwed something up. I hosted it on my machine for 2 years and it never ever went down.

The current site keeps crashing due to limitations.


Shayne and I will probably be releasing the new forum this weekend to prevent any further crashes.

Apologies. It appears with more and more users accessing the forums, the database seems to lock and crash (as we have said numerous times).


Good news is the new forum is ready to go! The code and database will be able to handle a large amount of users and we no longer have any downtime. I should be ready to import the database this week if there are no problems.

Had another issue wit IXWebHost today when the site had a 2 minute hiccup. If we have anymore or the next few weeks I will cancel and host somewhere else. PLease let me know if anybody has any issues.

Apolgies all, the site was down for approx 3 hours due to a server upgrade with my web hosting company. Well a forced upgrade as the server fell over due to lack of memory so they had to do a memory upgrade.
