Ya they were still in use when I left in 2000..
I had a collection and left them behind by mistake. They were all gone when I got back..:smiley19: :smiley19:

we used to buy a box of Mad Red 10's at school for $2, those were the days and in junior school $1 pocket money would last the whole week.

yes the biggest note is now $100 000, and yes to answer your question they have already dropped 3 zero's off that note, so in old currency it should be $100 000 000

Your in for a BIG Shock Chants, one carton of ciggies when I left zim a few months ago was 13 million dollars and that was in the third newest currency so what they cost now GOD only knows!!

Largest note now is 10,000. Red madison cost 1,200 and newbury about 2,200. Beers sit at about 1,500 per drink.

I rembember going out with £20 for a night. I started way under age !I think smokes were about $2 when i started smoking. I have'nt been back since 2001, so i'm sure when i do go back again i'll be in for a big shock !!!
