Well, that's it... you Southern hemisphere bods are offically lucky. Winter has arrived in the UK and it is pretty much covered in snow. Kayos reigns on the roads, because as usual nobody was prepared for it. The gritters haven't done their jobs, the beebaas are busy big time and cars are slippin' and slidin' all over the place.

I can't get down the hill to get out of my road to take the kids to school.. attempted to drive, made about 50 metres, lost my bottle watching the car in front of me slide down the hill and promptly did a u-turn and came home. :smiley9:

Snow makes winter all worth while! Woke up this morning to a winter wonderland! So beautiful! Unfortunately as Galeforce said the gritters failed to do their job and I had one heck of a time trying to make my way to the train station - I walk and it's uphill and downhill - so all my neighbours must have heard me shrieking the whole way there!

thats pretty hey.. ive never seen snow but im not sure if i could like it as much as the beach in jellyfish mating season :D. Perth weather Rocks... most of the time!!!

i love the snow when its just fallen and everything is white and looks so clean and crisp! i didn't want it to melt this morning at all - i was ready for snow ball fighting but alas one had to go to work. atleast our road wasn't too bad as soo many cars had already gone up and down so no scyving (sp) for me today.

I went to the beach today, well to the dive centre, noone was going diving due to strong winds and strong currents, there were plenty of kite surfers!!
