I am finding it annoying and frustrating finding out who everybody is! This site (or so i thought) is for friends to get together and have fun, but how can we do that if we dont know who everybody is??
I think that anybody who hasnt put details on their profile, ie. first and last name, should be removed, and those that have been registered and not posted or contributed after a certain amount of time should also be removed. I know that this might drop the member list numbers, but these people are taking up valuable bytes!! does anyone else agree, or am i just being a bitch and being nasty??

None of us should be on here under false pretences so I dont understand why people dont put their names on their profiles?
Also perhaps admin could contact those that have joined but never used the site? Perhaps they just need a reminder.
Its kinda pointless having such a wonderful community on here and only a fraction of its members actually using the site! Lots of hard work and effort has been put into it.

I fully agree...This site is great for getting together, trading ideas and comments and having fun. There should be no reason to keep identities hidden.

Please, new members, keep with the programme and fill in all the relevant details, it makes it much more friendly and open for everyone.

i think people have a right to their privacy, i'm sure most wouldn't mind if you contacted them and asked who they are. as for the posting pish!!! most of the forums have so much on them that it's often hard to join in the convo half way through, for most it's a welcome break to pop in have a quick read and move on... it's a free world u can't force people to do things :-P otherwise it's a great way of chasing people away

You are right, no-one can force people to show their identities....(unless Admin step in,) but, personally, I would hate to see this site fold because of secret and multiple identities. I don't think that by asking members to display at least their first names in their profile anyone is infringing on their privacy.

A good way to get involved in forums is to post in the running forums or to start your own threads. A lot of people have really good ideas and everyone has something to offer. TCB is a great community who welcome new members and would love to see people actively posting and enjoying the fun and games. :)

it would seem the majority do put their names in anyway.... and those that don't lose out on the full TCB experience so thats their bad luck is all.

I must ask for a little bit of tolerance though, we can only make this site work if everyone gets along and there is no monkey business.. you can be sure the admins are keeping a third eye on things....

its hard enough keeping the spammers off the site without having to worry about banning folk for being silly.
