Maybe we need to invent something the world hasn't got but everyone desperately needs. I thought of a device that would anticipate problems and solve them before they materialised. Think of how stress-free we'd all be. Any other ideas?

no offence but if you dont like it there what are you doing about the situation, its your responsibility to ensure your own happiness you dont get time back so why waste it ? think of what (Besides lots of money obviously) that will make you happy and go for it.

My job is great, I love nursing. Unfortunatley there are co-workers and bosses to deal with and because it's a predominantly female environment there are the hormones to deal with. Most days are great, I get on with everyone but then comes the dark day when someone has a hormonal imbalance - woe to the rest of us. As a nurse I am on the lower ranks of the pay scales so it's a love of my job that keeps me there. Lots and lots of money would ensure I don't have to work and thereby make me blissfully happy. Any ideas on how to make a million with the least effort?

Get a camcorder, hiden in your bra of course, and video all the bitchy nurses whilst they are about work etc, even bed pan duty - this is a weird and wacky world you know, catch them changing into uniforms etc and then set up a sexy nurse website - one you have to pay to enter. You'll get your own back and make some bucks too......hehe

There's always a light at the end of the tunnel, even when it's dim..so soldier on ok.
