Andy Flower, the former Zimbabwe captain whose black-armband protest was one of the highlights of the 2003 World Cup, has called on sporting authorities to impose sanctions against Zimbabwe.

That wouldn't be fair on the young talent coming out of Zim. I would hate to take away the opportunity for sports people to be picked up by scouts at international events

I agree, what good are more sanctions going to do now? Mugabe has already told the west to "Go Hang"
