Good place to start is Legal Aid board in both countries- they provide free legal advice...eventually you will need them to advise a lawyer who can take your case & represent you to the court/ judge who will make the decision/ pass judgement... good luck bro!

The Australian embassy should be able to help you out too, maybe you could give them a call. its worth a shot otherwise what tiger said is a good place to start at. good luck. hope all goes well
