Biffon leaps out of bed in his underwear swearing cause he cant get his pants on... hopping on one foot... Liana screaming dont go out dont go out...
Biffon swearing some more cause he tripped over a shoe in the dark..
eventually runs outside... to find his front corrugated fence.... demolished.. huge skids across the lawn and Demolished sand pit. toys strewn across the yard...

and no sign of the Car that did the damage :smiley35: :1336: ! :smiley18:

Judging by the tyre tracks I think it was a 19 year old punk driving a 1994 Holden Supercharged 5L V8. I think his left wheel looks like it was pulling and by the looks of it his right indicator was stuffed.

Similar to Blazzo's sentiments below, I think he'll get what's coming to him. Karma is one shit sandwich...

We did a bit of sleuthing from the remains of the car left behind and have recieved a fair bit of satisfaction knowing it was a Mercedes M-Class 4x4 that did the dirty $$$ :D ... the cops have just rung to say they are coming round to pick up the bits and photos ive taken... last night the dickhead copper that attended didnt want to do anything but after i called them again today the Seargent i spoke to was quite apologetic as it should have been treated as a crime scene/accident. From our description of the damage he said it was likely the car was not road worthy and worth investigating.

So better news than we hoped for at least they have now taken an interest.

that is awful biff!! good to know that you guys are okay though. what a wreck the garden is in and so shocked that they drove it through the fence and not through the gate - mind you atleast it was the fence and not the house wall. good thing that the cops are now taking an interest in it. will you be able to get anything back from the insurance people?

Probably not worth it ... no claim bonus is worth more than the cost of the tonka truck s and sand pit... thge owners insurance will take care of the wall so at least we dont have to worry about that.... i hope!
