ok here goes.

Rugby is the only sport where guys get to feel each other off, grab various parts of thier body, lift them up by the thighs, get their butts and other bits shoved in another guys face, and no body bats an eyelid.
Every body says 'thats rugby' If that were to happen say on the cricket field (fine game by the way) the dude would be brained by a cricket bat. But no if you are on a rugby field you get to be all close and sweaty with your mates, give them full on hugs, (not man hugs) and generally just invade thier personal space. Then when the game is all done, are these 'macho' guys shy about thier close proxcimity to other guys during the last 80 mins, no they go and take a shower together.

I have a rugby player sitting across from me and I have just asked what he would do if he was in a scrum and a lock grabed his whats it by accedent, he said probably laugh!!

nah, you either are gay sounding or you are not! the football players only pretend to be straight and marry women so that they will make money in advertising and keep their fan base, most of which are women, so they cant dissapoint so hence the pretending to be straight!

If I can help it my boy won't play rugby, although having said that its not the whole touchy feely thing it has going for it, it is simply the fact that I will run on the field and deck the dude who has just tackled my son!!
