The Saffas look like they have a mean team and will thump England..

hope the saffas cream england...but that someone smokes willemse so badly that he wont play rugby again because he's shite and shouldnt even be playing pro rugby, let alone for the boks..

Yep, would have gone Ruan Pienaar at 9. Needs more international game time and Ricky costs us penalties. Bart, I disagree about Willemse - theoretically I think he's good, BUT I would definintely not have put him in the starting line up yet - he's not proved himself since 2003 and he's had no game time!!
Otherwise, I reckon it's all good.
Great to be in the position where we're struggling to make a decision on players because there are so many on form.

JP Pieterson or Brent Russell would have been my picks for no 14
and pienaar at scrumhalf
as a gamble i would have put Kankowski at 8 i think he has oodles of talent and has proved his worth in the last two games for the sharks at least....
everyone else seems appropriate and i dare say with a 3rd string Pom side they will be creamed by these okes!

What happened to Chilliboy?
Biffon, ever heard of commentators curse? Talk it up like all the Crusaders and Sharks fans. Hell talk it up like the All Blacks fans. Makes it all the more funnier when it doesnt happen.
Unfortuantely, supporting SA is a curse. Filled with too many pre Madonnas and no team players. They have so much potential but always fall way short.

As George Michael says - you gotta have faith.

Chilliboy is injured at the moment.
Unfortunately for SA, too much politics and off the field problems. Oregan Hoskins and SARFU are an absolute disgrace to the game.
Still, I hope the Boks punish the Lilly Whites this weekend...

I do too. Just worried of all this fake "hype" of SA winning the world cup due to two SA teams in the Super 14 finals is a little far from the truth. As everyone knows, Super 14 glory does not equal a strong national side.

I must have missed the world cup hype?
I agree. Whilst I said to have faith, I'm talking about having enough faith to beat a diluted pom team. The world cup is waaaay too early to even start considering things like that. That's what makes teams choke - the hype.
I'm a passionate supporter of both the Sharks and the Boks, but I know when things are possible and when they're going to be a challenge. In fact, I think I'm a pretty fair supporter in terms of pre-tournament and pre-match stick giving.
So please tick me off your "Talk it up like all the Crusaders and Sharks fans..." list cos that's a load of kak.:smiley36: You gotta admit, every team has different types of supporters.

Ha ha! The SA supporters here are giving the AB fans kuk about the world cup :D
And believe me, they are worried.
I support SA and Wallabies equally. Just hope they dont get to meet otherwise I'll have a tough time of choosing a team. Actually, now that i typed that i would go with the Boks.
How long is Chilliboy out for and what the hell is Schalk doing in the side? He is soooo 2005.

Although l do support the bokke, l dont think they have choosen quite the best line up that was available. If Johnnys on form think there will be problems.Percy has already shown if he gets hit hard early, that's his game done for.l'm sure the pomms will use this tactic as certainly they are not as physical as the bokke.

all credit to percy for not wandering around the park all "deirmakaar" (sp) last weekend i think he did really well to last as long as he did from being hit in the air like that!
anyone think Habana has lifted his game to finally include tackling???

youre right, even though l'm all for Bulls l do think that should have been a RED card. l'm sure that scene was a plan from training sessions.
These days can Habana run without slipping or tripping ?
