My brother is looking for AutoCAD operators for his AutoCAD Drafting Services company based in Cheam, Surrey.
Here are the basic details, please pm me for his email address if you are interested.
Applicants need to have had previous training and work experience with AutoCAD.
rates will be negotiable dependent on level of experience.:smiley20:

do they need to be in the uk? or is he just looking for draftsman? my cuz is back in SA but works in autocad all the time

lol, not even going to argue that with you WB, I fail to get the logic of Autocad and I am a qualified draftsman/person whatever... I will stick with the more creative programmes.

depends on the application really....
Autocad rox the socks off everything if you can get used to the commands and their sticky keys..
things like building plans/mapping etc its great... its world space concept was revolutionary and all other good CAD programs now use similar ideas.
Where it lags is in the more advanced stuff such as really good modelling, force distribution calculations, fluid mechanics and stuff like that.. Its really not suitable for Vehicular design.
So WB i would say you are partially right.. i would diverge slightly by saying AutoCAD is the Best Architectural CAD program on the market.

Working in an Arichitects at the moment - one of our girls is leaving to go the main land will keep this in mind if the job she has turns out to be crap - but think she may be a little to qualified as she is has done a degree in Architecture...
