The South African Government have declared they want to change the name of the National Rugby Team from Springboks to ........ to be advised.

Do you think it's just a rumour or will they change the name? Won't a name change just cause total confusion in the world cup etc. Will cost a lot of money as well, didn't think SA had money to waste.

of course i signed the petition...its rumoured to change next year, along with enforced quota's of 10 black players per side...nothing against blacks being in the side just think they should earn their spot...

i think it is just a rumour...but with the sa govt who knows...as i read just now, the only transformation sa rugby needs is a transformation of brains

Oh SA apparently have plenty of money to waste on name changes, presidential private jets, all sorts of shit that do nothing for the real problems in SA.
