Absolutely fantastic performance from the Argies...France were shocking but damn!!!

pretty pissed though.... not by the Argies winning.. but by the fact that I text'd a few rugby buddies that their prediction of France killing them was not a given..

Should have stuck to my guns and made a bet with them.. could've been owed a few beers now..

erm what was the final score... france just came back to 12 -17 when i ventured in the local beer festival.... (from the free works drinks night ) 40 different beverages... not sure i'll be making work tomorrow but that is a different day)....

guessing there was a barrell and someon being sharfted over it maybe that was just thwere i was..

An incredible start to the world cup. Not champagne rugby but certainly passionate.

Hope that the rest of the tournament is equally exciting.

Whilst ordering some drinks in the pub at the beginning of the game, I looked up to the screen to see some guy with blood gushing down his head - eeeeeekkkk, 16 mins into the game and I think France 3 Argies 16 or somefink.

left the main bar and went to sit in the garden away from shouting/screaming/groaning Rugby fans...

I cant say i told you so because i never, but I certainly was backing the Pumas as they have been in fine fettle this year and if i was a betting man i would have put money behind them... everyone rates the Frenchies this year but after their Hiding by the AB's and then by wales with a full strength side the signs were there.
