Why is it that the betting has stopped and we don't have the opportunity to bet for the semis and the final? Is this because NZ and Aussie have been sent home? Please rectify this. Thanks:smiley19::smiley19:

Sorry, Biffon left it up to me to do the odds and it completely slipped my mind. Apologies. Look out for the final odds though!
