One of the people i work with has just had a new baby, and in keeping with tradition wanted his parents to come over to the UK for 2 months to see her, spend time with each other and have a holiday.

He works here full time, has a mortage etc etc, submitted all the paperwork showing that he is sponsoring his parents for 2 months, they submitted all the paper work on their side etc etc.

Application Denied !! - Cause, BHC in India wasnt satisfied that his parents would return home. Bearing in mind they have their own farm. !! BHC went one step further by saying that the documents his parents submitted werent satisfactory, they said bluntly Fakes were cheap and easy to obtain, and what they submitted meant nothing ...... Talk about standing in a hornets nest !

Poor bloke is Insensed over it and i dont blame him, all he wants is his folks over to see his 1st born and then they can go home, They sure as hell dont want to stay here at all.

He sent them back a stinging reply asking what their definition of the word sponsorship is ! and as he is a Sikh he feels that this is total discrimination.
