We want a fun, professional non smoking male or femaale to move into single room available on 14th Januar 2008.
The house is a five bedroom, two bathroom ( two showers/to toilets), two story flat. We are mulitcultural with an Aussie, Kiwi, Brit and a Zimbabwean and are all aged between 22-29.
House and Bedroom are fully furninshed with wireless broadband, digital tv, phone, modern kitchen and lounge. Small balcony with a BBQ! and two pet fish.
Deposit is £350 plus one months rent in advance at £350.
Bills are 25 pound per month that includes. council tax, cleaning products, phone and internet.
Water, heating, on top of that every quarter.
Close to transport.
20 mins to Waterloo on overland southwest train,
Bus stop 2 min walk with frequent buses to Hammersmith, Richmond, Putney and Roehampton.
Nearest Tube is East Putney or Hammersmith. Night Bus directly outside house.
Close to range of shops and takeaway.
Richmond park at end of street! Go and see the Queens Deer!
